Shirmo Real provides AI-generated analysis of real estate investment documents you upload, including deal scores, financial metrics, and identified risk factors. This analysis is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Not Financial or Investment Advice

Shirmo Real is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or appraiser. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all figures and conducting your own due diligence before making any investment decision.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Trial periods convert to paid billing unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant Shirmo Real a license to process it solely to provide the analysis you requested. You represent that you have the right to upload and share the documents you submit.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shirmo Technologies is not liable for any investment losses, decisions made in reliance on the Service's output, or damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate Shirmo Real: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI analysis), and Vercel (application hosting). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and analysis data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords and secure connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
